Dr. Nitin Jindal is a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician, committed to providing holistic and patient-centred care. With a strong educational background and extensive experience in healthcare, Dr. Jindal is a trusted advocate for the well-being of his patients.

Dr. Jindal earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree from India, where he developed a deep appreciation for the importance of primary care in promoting community health. He furthered his expertise by obtaining a Master's in Healthcare Administration (M.H.A.) and becoming a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). As a board-certified Family Medicine Physician accredited by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), Dr. Jindal possesses a comprehensive understanding of preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, and health promotion. His experience in urgent care settings has honed his ability to provide timely and effective treatment to patients with diverse medical needs.

Dr. Jindal believes that being a primary care physician is akin to being a family member for his patients. He priorities building strong, trusting relationships with individuals and families, serving as a compassionate guide and advocate throughout their healthcare journey. Shelby Rodriguez 

Clinical/Practice Manager

Shelby currently serves as the Clinical and Practice Manager, overseeing the daily operations of the medical office and its staff. With 23 years of experience in healthcare, she has worked in various settings, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and home health care. She graduated as Valedictorian from Eastwick College in Hohokus, NJ, in 2007. She recently returned to school at Empire College, where she is pursuing a master’s degree in healthcare administration. She has consistently remained on the Dean’s List throughout her enrollment.

Throughout her career, Shelby has been committed to ensuring that patients receive the highest quality of care, demonstrating a strong passion for compassionate service. Since taking on the managerial role at Nesheiwat Medical Practice in 2022, she has significantly contributed to the practice's operational efficiency.

In addition to her nursing and management responsibilities, Shelby has mentored numerous students aspiring to enter the medical field, teaching a range of disciplines from phlebotomy to nurse practitioner training.

Outside of her professional commitments, she is a devoted mother of three and actively participates in community service, volunteering at her children's school and organizing events and fundraisers within the wrestling community.

Christina M. Fredericks MS, ANPCㅤ ㅤ 

Nurse Practitioner 

With over 25 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Christina Fredericks has demonstrated a lifelong dedication to excellence in healthcare.

Board-certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 2001, Christina earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY that same year. A charter member of the Mu Epsilon Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing since 1990, Christina exemplifies a commitment to leadership, scholarship, and service in the field of nursing.

Additionally, as a Certified Medical Examiner on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners, Christina brings specialized expertise to ensuring the health and safety of individuals in diverse settings. Christina’s extensive career reflects a passionate dedication to patient care, professionalism, and ongoing contributions to the nursing profession.
