Shanu Jindal, PA-C, MPH, MBBS, is a compassionate and experienced Health care provider dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality primary care for adults. She believes that the best healthcare begins with listening to her patients, understanding their concerns, and working together to develop practical, evidence-based treatment plans.

With medical training as a physician (MBBS), a Master of Public Health  (MPH) from the University of North Carolina, and a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MSPAS), Ms. Jindal brings a unique combination of medical expertise, preventive care, and patient-centered medicine. She has extensive experience caring for patients with diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, thyroid disorders, respiratory illnesses, and other acute and chronic medical conditions.

Her goal is to help every patient feel heard, informed, and confident in their healthcare decisions while building long-term relationships based on trust and respect.

Dr. Nitin Jindal is a compassionate and dedicated Family Medicine Physician, committed to providing holistic and patient-centred care. With a strong educational background and extensive experience in healthcare, Dr. Jindal is a trusted advocate for the well-being of his patients.

Dr. Jindal earned his Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S.) degree from India, where he developed a deep appreciation for the importance of primary care in promoting community health. He furthered his expertise by obtaining a Master's in Healthcare Administration (M.H.A.) and becoming a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). As a board-certified Family Medicine Physician accredited by the American Board of Family Medicine (ABFM), Dr. Jindal possesses a comprehensive understanding of preventive care, acute and chronic disease management, and health promotion. His experience in urgent care settings has honed his ability to provide timely and effective treatment to patients with diverse medical needs.

Dr. Jindal believes that being a primary care physician is akin to being a family member for his patients. He priorities building strong, trusting relationships with individuals and families, serving as a compassionate guide and advocate throughout their healthcare journey. Jennifer Thomakos

Practice Manager

Jennifer joined our practice in February 2024 as a Front Desk Receptionist and has since grown into the role of Practice Manager. In this position, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the practice, supports patient care workflows, and helps ensure an efficient and positive experience for both patients and staff.

Working closely with Dr. Nesheiwat and Dr. Jindal, Jennifer has developed strong skills in medical practice operations, patient relations, administrative leadership, and care coordination. Her hands-on experience and commitment to excellence have made her an integral part of our healthcare team.

Christina M. Fredericks MS, ANPCㅤ ㅤ 

Nurse Practitioner 

With over 25 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, Christina Fredericks has demonstrated a lifelong dedication to excellence in healthcare.

Board-certified as an Adult Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center since 2001, Christina earned a Master of Science in Nursing from Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh, NY that same year. A charter member of the Mu Epsilon Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing since 1990, Christina exemplifies a commitment to leadership, scholarship, and service in the field of nursing.

Additionally, as a Certified Medical Examiner on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners, Christina brings specialized expertise to ensuring the health and safety of individuals in diverse settings. Christina’s extensive career reflects a passionate dedication to patient care, professionalism, and ongoing contributions to the nursing profession.
